The Caton Merchant Family Gallery is configured as a gallery
to host rotating art shows and exhibits. The Gallery is the
area most often in demand by outside entities for civic and
government activities, weddings, corporate meetings and receptions.
A service kitchen facilitates its use for receptions. The
gallery dimensions are 37' wide x 55' long.
The adaptability of the Kellar Theater offers an open floor
plan which is ideal for a wide range of activities from wedding
receptions, reunions or corporate events. The performance
space is 2,375 sq. ft. or 37.5' wide x 59' long. The lobby
outside the theater is 13' wide x 25' long.
Merchant Gallery
- Weekends: $1,500 for 4 hours. Mon. –
Thurs. $750 for 4 hours.
- Building Supervisor fee: $35 per hour.
(required from caterer arrival to caterer departure)
- Removal of Gallery walls: $200, Stage rental:
$200.
- Additional Hours: are billed at $450 per
hour.
- A $500 cleaning deposit (refundable)
*Holidays will be billed at additional cost.
Kellar Theater
- Weekends: $1,500 for 4 hours. Mon. –
Thurs. $750 for 4 hours.
- Building Supervisor fee: $35 per hour.

Catering will be provided by an approved licensed caterer.
